Who we are
BHOJ is a house for bespoke dinnerware and cutlery, based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. For anything about your information, write to concierge@bhoj.example (opens your email).
Our legal name and registered address will be added here before launch.
What we collect
- From the enquiry form: your name, your email address or WhatsApp number, how you would like us to reply, and your answers about the occasion, series, timing, budget and anything else you tell us.
- From the guide on Personalization: nothing, until you send it. Your choices stay in your browser for the rest of your visit (in session storage and the page address). They reach us only if you send them on WhatsApp or by email.
- From messages: what you send us on WhatsApp or by email.
- For an order: the details in your proposal, your delivery address and the words you approve for the plaque and the letter.
Why we use it
To reply to you, prepare a proposal, make and deliver your collection, and help with care and replacements afterwards. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who else sees it
- WhatsApp (Meta) and your email provider carry the messages you choose to send.
- Our delivery partner receives your name, address and phone number.
- When payment links are available, the payment provider receives what it needs to take a payment.
- No one else, unless the law requires it.
Names and dedications
Names and dedications never appear on this website. The page your story card opens is private: only someone with the card’s code can open it, and it is hidden from search engines. We show nothing from your collection publicly without your written permission.
Measurement and cookies
This site does not use analytics or advertising cookies. If we add measurement, we will ask for your consent first. The guide uses your browser’s session storage only to keep your choices while you work through it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to an order: 12 months, then deleted. Order records: for as long as we provide care and replacements for your set, and as long as the law requires.
Your choices
You can ask to see what we hold about you, correct it or delete it. Write to concierge@bhoj.example (opens your email) and we will reply within one working day.
