Payment terms

Nothing is paid through this website.

You receive a written proposal first, and you pay in stages tied to your approval and to dispatch.

Proposal first

Every order begins with a written proposal: the exact pieces, the personalization, the price, the delivery window and the payment terms. A selection sent from this website is a request for that proposal, not an order.

Staged payments

The first payment is due when you approve your proposal, and production begins after it. The balance is due before dispatch, once your collection has passed inspection. Larger commissions may add a stage during production. Each proposal sets out the percentages.

Private commissions

A private commission begins with a design fee, currently ৳10,000–25,000 depending on scope, which covers design development and an agreed number of revisions. Whether the fee is credited against your commission is being confirmed, and will be written into your agreement.

How you pay

We send payment details with your invoice. We plan to offer secure payment links, through an approved Bangladeshi provider such as SSLCOMMERZ, that you can open from WhatsApp or email; until that is in place, your concierge will confirm the method with you.

Prices, tax and delivery

Prices on this site are opening prices and are being confirmed with our first production samples. Your proposal states the final price, and how delivery and any applicable tax are treated, before you approve anything.

Invoices and receipts

You receive an invoice for each stage and a receipt for each payment, by email.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation and refund terms are written into every proposal, and will be published on this site before we take any payment.
