Delivery and cancellation

How long a collection takes, how it reaches you, and what happens if plans change.

Each collection is made against your order and delivered when it has passed inspection. We begin with Dhaka, and we would rather tell you a later date honestly than promise an early one.

These terms are being finalized. Your written proposal states the terms that apply to your order.

Where we deliver

Dhaka first. Other cities in Bangladesh are on request, with the timing and cost confirmed in your proposal. We do not yet deliver outside Bangladesh; if you live abroad and are commissioning for family here, we can deliver to them.

How long it takes

About 10 to 12 weeks from your approval of the proposal. This is our current estimate while production begins; each proposal states the delivery window we can commit to. If you have a date in mind, tell us at the start.

Before it leaves us

Every piece is inspected against your approved proposal: the composition, the finish, the lining and the engraved plaque. Only then is the set laid in its chest.

How it travels

Each piece travels in its own fitted place, and the chest in a tailored fabric cover inside protective outer packaging. Your concierge agrees a delivery time with you in advance.

If something arrives damaged

Please open the chest soon after delivery and check each piece against the list in your proposal. If anything is damaged, keep the packaging, take photographs and tell your concierge within 48 hours. Our intention is to replace any piece damaged in transit at no cost to you; the full terms will be published before we take any payment.

Changes and cancellation

A change after approval is re-quoted, with any effect on the schedule, before it goes ahead. Cancellation and refund terms are written into every proposal, and will be published on this site before we take any payment.

Replacement pieces

If a piece breaks later, we can make an identified replacement to match your collection, quoted when you ask. A replacement never creates a new numbered set. How long replacements remain available for each series is being confirmed, and we will state it here.
