A glow at the table
Ābhā is Bengali for a glow, a soft radiance.
Black handles, gold-toned heads. Against a dark tablecloth the pieces read as lines of light, and that is where the name comes from.
Each guest has four pieces: a dinner knife, a dinner fork, a soup spoon and a teaspoon. Each piece has its own fitted sleeve and its own place in the chest.
The design film will appear here once the first collection is made. Concept visualisation.

Shown with a sample name.
Try your name on the plaque
Up to 22 characters. Type it as you write it; the plaque sets it in capitals.
This is a preview. Before anything is engraved, we send you a proof of the exact spelling and layout to approve. The number shown is a sample; yours is given when your commission is approved.
We make each series in batches against confirmed orders. Personal names do not add to the hundred, and a replacement piece never creates a new numbered set.
Each ĀBHĀ set carries one number, from 001 to 100, engraved on its plaque and printed on its certificate. When the hundredth set is made, the series is closed, and we will not reissue it through custom orders.
The limit is about attention. Each order receives its own, from the first selection to the final presentation, and five hundred sets a year is as many as we will take on.
Care guidance for your specific pieces arrives with your collection, in the care guide.
Wash by hand soon after use and dry at once with a soft cloth, which keeps water marks off the finish.
Do not leave pieces to soak, and keep abrasive pads and scouring powders away from them.
Return each piece to its sleeve once it is dry.
Dishwasher suitability will be stated only after testing. Until your care guide confirms it, please wash by hand.
Keep the walnut chest out of direct sun and away from damp. Dust it with a dry, soft cloth.
