NEELĀ, the founding series. Concept visualisation.

Our story begins with the place kept for a guest.
In a Bangladeshi home, there is almost always room for one more at the table. Someone brings another plate. Someone offers the best piece of fish. A mother asks you to eat a little more, even after you have said you are full.
This is how many of us first understood generosity: through food, through preparation, through the care someone took before we arrived.
BHOJ is being created to honour that care. We compose dinnerware for the way your household gathers and serves, and present it in a walnut chest with your name in bronze. We are a new house. Our history starts here.
Every plate and bowl is designed for a Bengali meal, and each arrives in its own fitted place.

First, a plate from its cloth, and the deep, varied blue of the glaze in your hands.

Then every piece in its own place, waiting for its first evening at your table.
Above them, a name engraved in bronze: your family’s, with a dedication or a date worth keeping.

And the walnut chest they arrive in, to keep them between evenings.
Two designs to begin with, made to order in numbered sets and engraved with your name.
